JOB DESCRIPTION
Charged with the preparation of food and plating dishes according to menu specifications.
Must have a can do attitude and be flexible to the nature of the role.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to,
1: Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
2: Prepare the simple components of each dish.
3: Report to the head chef and follow instructions.
4: Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
5: Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
6: Stock inventory and supplies.
7: Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
REQUIRED QUALITIES
1: At least 3 years proven reliable employee track record in a relevant role.
2: Good use of the English language.
3: Good comprehension of discussions in English.
4: Self motivated and able to work independently.
5: Ability to communicate with management and work together to problem solve.
